CONSENT AGENDA

9.a) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for and accept funding through the Office of the Governor, Texas Military Preparedness Commission, Defense Economic Adjustment Assistance Grant (DEAAG) Program for the Sheppard Air Force Base Runway 33L South Overrun Repair Project

9.b) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement to purchase the building and parking facility located at 701 Lamar Street, 705 Lamar Street, and 706 Travis Street from Two-B Holding Co., LLC in the amount of $440,000.00 for use as the Fire Department administration office, and to sign all documents necessary to complete the purchase

9.c) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. for engineering services supplemental to Task Order 3 related to flood mitigation in the amount of $177,535.69

10.a) Announcements concerning items of community interest from members of the City Council. No action will be taken or discussed.
