11.b) Resolution awarding M & F Litteken CO. the Regional Airport Entry Vestibule DoorReplacement project for the amount of $300,900.00

11.c) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to apply for and accept a FederalTransportation Administration Section 5339 Buses and Bus Facilities InfrastructureInvestment Program Grant in an estimated amount up to $6,000,000.00

12.a) Announcements concerning items of community interest from members of the CityCouncil. No action will be taken or discussed.
