Municipal Services Annexation Plan Agreement for said tract under authority of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 43; Subchapter C-3, authority of municipalities to annex an area on request of owners; and designating the tract’s zoning as General Commercial (GC) and Land Use Plan classification as Commercial (C) I.
