CONSENT AGENDA

11.(a) Resolution approving the programs and expenditures of the Wichita Falls Type B Sales Tax Corporation (4B) by amending the budget to include funding in an amount not to exceed $895,000 to the City of Wichita Falls for Phase 1 of the design and renovation of the waterfalls adjacent to I-44 and the Wichita River in Wichita Falls, otherwise known as The Falls.

11.(b) Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the professional services agreement with Garver LLC for rehabilitation of the Falls, in the amount of $895,000.

11.(c) Resolution approving the programs and expenditures of the Wichita Falls Type B Sales Tax Corporation (4B) by amending the budget to include funding in an amount not to exceed $1,500,000 to the City of Wichita Falls to assist in the planned renovations of the Hamilton Park Tennis Center in Wichita Falls.

12.(a) Announcements concerning items of community interest from members of the City Council. No action will be taken or discussed.
